The OSU (Oregon State University) webcam widget for OS X was developed in May of 2007 for students and alumni of Oregon State to monitor the webcams from their desktops. The webcam widget let you select from a list of webcams across the OSU campus and specify an update time for the images or, if available, set to a live stream. There is also a version for the University of Oregon. The widget is no longer supported, however a web app has been made available at http://www.happymaau.com/OSUWebcams. The site does support mobile devices so it's a great way to get view the cameras from your phone or other mobile device.
