Wait, August is Over!?!
The update to Math Ref is just about done and thanks to some very awesome people we’ve hunted down and squashed a number of bugs and added a ton of content. According to the bug tracker, we’ve taken care of 39 issues so far, and there’s plenty more we resolved before we set the tracker up. The majority of the things we’ve been focused on fixing have been user suggestions. Without you guys and your awesome feedback, this update wouldn’t be possible. Needless to say, there’s a lot of great new features, content, tools, and a new UI we can’t wait to show you soon. We’ve got one bug to go until we do our final round of testing for submission approval. There’s still a lot of work to be done with Math Ref Free and the Android version. So, we’re going to be focusing our attention there once we finish testing Math Ref for iOS.
In our previous post we mentioned how we’re planning to change the pricing model of Math Ref. We’re still trying to work out exactly how this is all going to work. We really like the idea of a premium version, which will include advanced topics and a lot more tools. After this update we’ll finish all this planning and will be posting exactly how we’re going to do it. We’d love your feedback regarding this change.
Aside from Math Ref, we’ve finished our contract work and have started a new internal project. This project is moving at a good pace, but it’s still not where 100% of our time is going until these Math Ref updates are done.
Well, August is over and we’ll be back next week with images showing off some of the new things in the app. Thanks for all your feedback and we hope we can keep bringing you all a great product.
